Functional Features:

It has good printing performance, with no bubbling, cratering, or other issues during continuous printing, and it produces a smooth surface.

The ink is suitable for a wide range of printing materials.

It has good processing performance and does not crack during high-temperature blow molding.

Weather Resistance:

Lasts for more than three years, and the weather resistance of most colors can exceed five years.

It is recommended to use a protective varnish to enhance the gloss of the printed material and further improve its weather resistance.

Environmental Protection Standards:

Compliant with RoHS, REACH, California 65, halogen-free, and other regulatory requirements, as well as GB 38507-2020 for VOCs control requirements.

Dilution:

To adjust the printing viscosity, please use:

V1 thinner (standard)

V3 thinner (medium-slow drying)

V5 thinner (slow drying)

Generally, adding 20-40% of dilution solvent to the ink to adjust its viscosity to a suitable level for printing will allow for the printing process to commence. The larger the printing area, the more thinner you need to add.
