Detailed Introduction


Functional Features:

Quick-drying. This series belongs to solvent evaporation drying ink. After printing, the solvent evaporates quickly, and the ink film gradually hardens as it dries, displaying its characteristics.

The mixed ink is stable. Generally, the mixed ink can be stored for more than 8 hours at 25℃ when sealed. However, the storage period may vary with temperature. As the temperature rises, the storage period will be shortened.

Low odor. Both the printing and drying processes produce minimal odor, without any irritating smells.

Excellent abrasion resistance and boiling water resistance.

The ink is suitable for a wide range of materials and has excellent adhesion to treated PP, PVC, and PE. It also exhibits excellent abrasion resistance, gasoline resistance, alcohol resistance, and boiling water resistance.



Environmental Protection Standards:

Compliant with RoHS, REACH, California 65, halogen-free, and other regulatory requirements, as well as GB 38507-2020 for VOCs control requirements.

Dilution:

To adjust the printing viscosity, please use:

V1 thinner (standard)

V3 thinner (medium-slow drying)

V5 thinner (slow drying)

Generally, adding 15-30% of dilution solvent to the ink to adjust its viscosity to a suitable level for printing will allow for the printing process to commence. It is not advisable to add too much ink thinner, as adding too much can lead to cratering issues when printing on smooth materials such as PC, PET, etc.

Application Area
Tefisen's TS200 silk screen and pad printing ink has a wide range of adhesion, able to adhere to treated polypropylene, treated polyethylene, polyester, FRP, FBT, PET self-adhesive, carbamate-based coated board, chrome-plated plate, stainless steel plate, and other materials, such as PET self-adhesive labels, various labels, and PE baby bottles, etc.. It is suitable for applications that require wear resistance.
