Detailed Introduction

Functional Features:

  •  Good adhesion to various PET materials, with relatively good adhesion to ABS, PC, PVC, as well as treated PP, PE, and others.

  •  Excellent ink overprinting performance with strong interlayer adhesion.

  •  Fast curing speed, good resistance to various conditions, and excellent flexibility.

  •  Fine details such as small text and lines can be accurately rendered during high-speed printing.

Cleaning:

  •  Use T-953 cleaning agent to clean the screen.

  •  Screen type: Use ketone-resistant screens.

Environmental Standards:

  •   Complies with RoHS, REACH, California Proposition 65, halogen-free, and other regulatory requirements. Meets the VOC control requirements of GB 38507-2020.

Printing Conditions:

  •  Printing Substrates: ABS, PC, PVC, PET (no treatment required), difficult-to-adhere PET, PP, PE materials require treatment, with a Dyne value ≥50.

  •  Mesh Count: Above 350 mesh.

Curing Conditions:

  •  UV Lamp Type: Can be cured by halogen lamps, mercury lamps, or LED lamps.

  •  Curing Energy: ≥100 mj/cm².
