Detailed Introduction


Functional Features:

The ink has excellent processing performance, with no cracking or peeling of the ink layer after bending or stretching. The stamping and stretching rate reaches 50%.

The ink is a single-component product that will not solidify naturally, eliminating the concern of discarding unused two-component ink.

It exhibits excellent resistance to water, gasoline, alcohol, and chemicals, and possesses a certain degree of resistance to aromatic solvents after complete curing.

It can withstand high temperatures of up to 200℃, and white or gloss ink will not yellow after being exposed to 200℃ for one hour.

The surface printing is relatively delicate with no visible particle points.

Compliant with RoHS, REACH, California 65, halogen-free, and other regulatory requirements, as well as GB 38507-2020 for VOCs control requirements.

Dilution:

To adjust the printing viscosity, please use:

V1 thinner (standard)

V3 thinner (medium-slow drying)

V5 thinner (slow drying)

Generally, adding 15-25% of dilution solvent to the ink to adjust its viscosity to a suitable level for printing will allow for the printing process to commence.
