The Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, a monumental project spanning the Pearl River Estuary and connecting Shenzhen with Zhongshan, stands as a testament to technological prowess and a symbol of China's comprehensive national strength. Its opening significantly shortened the spatial and temporal distance between the eastern and western shores of the Pearl River Estuary, further fueling the integrated development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. As we drove across this magnificent bridge, the shimmering sea stretched out before us, while the solid deck beneath our feet filled us with a sense of pride in the nation's progress and boundless visions for the future. At that moment, we felt as if we had merged with the bridge itself, collectively witnessing the changes of the times and the rise of our country.

Yet, despite the beauty of the moment, nature seemed to have other plans. When we reached the Zhongshan Torch Service Area for a brief respite, an unexpected downpour of monumental proportions unleashed itself. The intensity of the rain left several colleagues drenched, but even so, the deluge failed to dampen our enthusiasm for learning and thirst for knowledge. We promptly regrouped and pressed on, determined to make the most of the day.
